Episode 30: Retail Outlook & 631-Unit Multifamily Development: Building for the Demographic

If you are like me, COVID-19 has probably come up in every conversation you have had since the Pandemic spread to The United States.  The effect of this pandemic has been one of the largest economic freezes to ever hit the global economy.  My inner analytical self has me contemplating the effects of the freeze for not only multifamily real estate, but also other real estate asset types and how these changes could affect effect demographic preferences and multifamily investor returns.  Daniel Salonis and Adam Dickert are in an excellent position to provide us with perspective from both sides of the coin.  In this episode, they share their thoughts on the retail real estate outlook and the purposed design of their 631-unit multifamily development project and the incorporated factors that will attract residents to lease from them.
