Episode 32: Fall in Love with Your Actions, Not the Results

Gino Barbaro is going to completely eradicate your limiting beliefs.  Excuses such as not having enough time, not having the skills, not having enough money are all moot.  Gino blows through all of these excuses as he is a father of six, and bought his first multifamily property out of state with owner financing.  He shares with us the three pillars of real estate that propelled him and his business partner, Jake, to over 1,500 units and $100 million in assets under management.  He also tells us his motto, which I believe to be highly relevant especially in the present-day economic environment:  “revenue is vanity, profit margin is sanity, and cash is KING!”
